A lush mess of straight, black hair reaching to his hips. Clean, but unkempt

Frog-like, sideways oblong pupils.
Barely any sclera, large irises.

Build
Small frame, but well built, strong legs. Tail is muscular and firm. When sporting a tail, fingers are heavily webbed, clawed and bony. His teeth also turn sharp and needle-like, causing him to lisp and occasionally bite his tongue when trying to speak.
Complexion
Pale, almost white with pink undertones. Pinkish fingers and elbows. Fishtail is a bright white, mottled brightly in orange with shades of yellow, and only a few black spots. The scales on his back are solid white.
Has two big gills on each side of his chest.
